Please use this form to submit a new dealership to Credit Evolution. Upon completion, the "Dealer Service Agreement" (US Version) will be sent to the submitted dealer along with the first invoice.

Enter the number of vehicles the dealership must sell in order to breakeven on the 12 month cost for Credit Evolution.
Credit Score Threshold*
Enter the minimum credit score customer must achieve. This is used by the system to determined when a customer has "repaired" their credit.
Minimum # of Monthly Leads*
This is the minimum number of leads a dealership must submit to the Credit Evolution system to validate their guarantee.
