Lead Teacher Survey
  • Lead Teacher Survey

As the Lead Teacher Search Committee begins to craft the job description for our new Lead Teacher, we want to get your input. What’s important to you?
  • Below you will see nine characteristics we have identified as being important qualities in a Lead Teacher. These come from your comments and our thoughts thus far, and a previous community survey. All of these are great qualities, but we want to get an idea of what’s most important to our community.

After each of the nine characteristics below, check a rank of A through E based on the following scale:

    A rank = #1 characteristic

    B rank = #2 characteristic

    C rank = #3 characteristic

    D rank = #4 characteristic

    E rank = #5 characteristic

Please rank your top five characteristics only and check "Not one of my top five characteristics for a Lead Teacher" for the remaining four.
