Wi-Fi PASSWORD:
For your Wi-Fi password, please log into MyHousing through your Banner Student account. Your room network name and password will be posted in the "messages section".
AUTHENTICATION ISSUES:
If you are experiencing issues logging into the Wi-Fi with your Southern credentials please make sure you are using text to authenticate instead of the app. See additional tips on how to change your authentication options on our website.
DEVICE CONNECTION:
To connect your tv, streaming and gaming devices please ensure you are using campusdevicemanager.xfinity.com. For additional information and troubleshooting tips, please visit our website.

Choose your school
Log in using your Southern Credentials, if necessary
Scroll down and look for the Live Chat pop up on the bottom of the screen
Please notify the representative that you have "managed Wi-Fi" at Southern Connecticut State University and provide your hall and room number.
