  • Please submit the following information to confirm your Field Trip reservation date. Attendance totals may be updated at any time, however admission above your reserved total is not guaranteed.

  • Admission

    • The Museum provides 1 free educator admission for every 10 students who arrive the day of the visit.
    • This number is subject to change depending on student totals the day of the visit.
    • Admission to the Omni, Planetarium or Lab Activities are not available for individual purchase.
    • The only way to guarantee admission for any teacher, student or chaperone is to include them on the invoice as soon as possible. (Bold, not highlighted. I was having formatting issues – KE)
    • Lead Teachers are responsible for providing an accurate attendance total the day of the field trip.
    • Discounted museum admission is only offered through the reservation. Any ticket purchased at the door is sold at full price. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Parking

    • Buses may park for free at Farrington Field unless otherwise informed. Buses cannot park inside the Cultural District.
    • Personal vehicles parking in any lot located inside the Cultural Distract will assess a parking fee to be collected by the City of Fort Worth.
  • Lunch Expectations

    • All lunches at the museum are held outdoors. The museum does not allow outside food or drinks in the building.
    • The Exhibit Café and Heritage Courtyard are off limits to groups with sack lunches.
    • There is no storage available of any kind. All coolers, pails, lunch boxes, containers, etc. MUST be stored on your bus or in an approved vehicle both before and after lunch.
    • If there is inclement weather the day of your trip other arrangements will be necessary
  • Payment

    • Payment is REQUIRED the day of your visit.
    • We accept cash, checks or credit card.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

    • After submitting this form any changes to the date of your visit will incur the following fees:
    • Rescheduling fee: $25.00
    • Cancellation fee: $75.00
    • Updates to attendance totals can be done at any time. If attendance updates need to be made, please contact group sales at 817-255-9414 and ALWAYS follow up with an e-mail.
  • Chaperone Expectations

    • Inappropriate behavior or damage to museum property is not tolerated.
    • Incidents of misconduct or museum property damage are reported to the school’s principal.
    • Do not allow students to engage in roughhousing, climbing or running. The safety of all our museum guests is important.
    • Chaperones are required to remain with students of ALL ages at ALL times and are responsible for student conduct.
