Please take note: Prior to commencing services, a consultation is mandatory. This ensures mutual understanding of your business requirements. For new clients, kindly schedule a "free" 15-minute discovery call.

Upon receiving your request and completing the consultation, we will electronically store your information and furnish appropriate copies or verifications via email. All requests are processed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST. Orders submitted before noon (CST) will be processed on the same day; those received after will be promptly handled the following business day. CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients acknowledge and accept responsibility for supplying Macc Transport and Logistics, LLC with the necessary documentation in a timely manner to facilitate service provision. Macc Transport and Logistics, LLC cannot be held accountable for missed deadlines, late fees, or suspended licenses/registrations due to client negligence. Clients are also responsible for promptly responding to phone/text communication and checking their emails for updates and outstanding tasks.

Applying for and managing FMCSA Authority, including MC and USDOT registration.
Filing the BOC-3 Process Agent Form on behalf of the Grantor.
Completing Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) and making necessary payments.
Applying for and renewing International Registration Plan (IRP) Apportioned Plates.
Registering for the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA).
Submitting necessary compliance filings required by the FMCSA, DOT, and state agencies.
Communicating with FMCSA, DOT, and state agencies regarding compliance matters.
2. Limitations of Authority
This Power of Attorney does NOT authorize the Attorney-in-Fact to:

Enter into contracts or agreements unrelated to compliance services on behalf of the Grantor.
Open or close any bank accounts or access financial records.
Make any decisions regarding the operation, sale, or ownership of Macc Transport and Logistics, LLC.
Sign any documents not directly related to compliance and regulatory filings.
3. Effective Date & Duration
This Limited Power of Attorney shall become effective immediately upon execution and shall remain in effect until:
✅ The completion of all compliance-related filings, or
✅ The Grantor revokes this authority in writing.

4. Revocation
The Grantor may revoke this Power of Attorney at any time by providing written notice to the Grantee.

5. Governing Law
