Order Completion
Orders are considered complete only when:
- Payment is received (for PayNow/Bank Transfer orders), or
- Captain/Chaplain approval is submitted (for Company Funds orders)
Incomplete orders will not be processed.
We aim to complete your order within 3–4 weeks from the date it is placed. During peak periods, processing times may be longer, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Companies are encouraged to plan their purchases early to avoid the need for urgent orders.
You do not need a JotForm account to use this form. However, only users who sign up (free) can save their forms and continue later.
Delivery & Collection Modes
1. Self-Collection Lockers @ BBHQ
Lockers are available for convenient self-collection outside of the BBHQ reception.
You may collect your items during BB Shop’s opening hours listed above.
- Maximum of 3 lockers per order
- Locker size: H590mm x W313mm x D480mm
2. Courier Service
Personal orders: Flat rate of $10 to your home address
Company orders: Courier fee depends on size/weight of the order
Courier can be delivered to schools or homes
Payment Modes
Only one payment mode may be selected per order.
1. PayNow / Bank Transfer
PayNow
- Scan the provided QR code
- Ensure the account name shows BBSHOP
- Indicate your name (as stated in the order form) in the remarks
- Upload your receipt image in the form
Bank Transfer
- DBS Account: 072-114112-4
- Indicate your name (as stated in the order form) in the remarks
- Upload your receipt image in the form
2. Company Funds Usage
Captain must email bbshop@bb.org.sg to approve using Company Funds.
Please indicate the name of the person who submitted the JotForm order.
3. E-Invoice to School
Provide the full name and email of the Teacher-in-Charge who should receive the invoice.
Important Payment Note
All payments are final. There will be no refunds or changes after payment is made.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges, please email bbshop@bb.org.sg.
- Items are non-refundable, but one-to-one exchange is allowed within 1 month from invoice date with proof of purchase
- Items will be inspected for wear & tear and serviceability
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or higher value (top-up required for higher-value items)
- Items cannot be exchanged once worn or washed
