Fill up this BB Shop Order Form. You will receive an automated reply when the order is successfully submitted. The BB Shop will follow up with you via email regarding delivery/collection details where required.
Sizing charts for clothing are found within the relevant categories of this form.
Orders are only deemed as complete upon receipt of payment (if via paynow) or captain's/chaplain's approval (if via coy funds). Incomplete orders will not be processed.
BB shop will do our best to pack Completed Orders within 3 weeks from date of completion of order. However, should there be a surge of orders, we appreciate your understanding that we may take longer to respond to you.
Companies are reminded to plan their purchase early to lower the risk of "urgent purchases"
You do not need to create a Jotform account to use the order form. However, you can only save the order form midway if you have signed up as a user (Sign-up is free).
DELIVERY MODES
1. Self-Collection Lockers @ 10 Kwong Avenue, Singapore 348884 (BBHQ)
We have provided lockers with combination numbers so that you can self-collect within 8 working days* (from Wednesday to the following Friday) at a day and time of your convenience from Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 6.00pm at BBHQ.
A maximum number of 3 lockers will be allocated per order, with each locker measuring H590mm x W313mm x D480mm.
If you do not collect your item within 8 working days, please email bbshop@bb.org.sg to make an arrangement.
2. Courier
For personal orders, you will be able to courier your orders to your home at a flat rate of $10. Courier can be sent to your school or to your home. For company orders, amount depends on the size of your orders and the rate will be charged accordingly.

1. PayNow/Bank Transfer (for BB Shop ONLY)

2. Company Funds Usage
Captain to email BB Shop (bbshop@bb.org.sg) approving the purchase of items using Company Funds. Do indicate the Name of Person who placed the Jotform order.
3. E-Invoice to School
Full name and email address of teacher in charge to attention the invoice to needs to be indicated at the end of the form.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods sold are not refundable but customers are allowed for one-to-one exchange within 1 month from invoice date together with the proof of purchase.
For all exchanges, goods will be inspected for wear & tear as well as serviceability.
For exchange of different goods, the newly exchanged goods must be of an equal or higher value. Should the goods be of a higher value, the customer has to top up the difference in price.
Goods cannot be exchanged after being worn or washed.
