    Join one of the DMV’s biggest community festivals celebrating local business, music, and culture right here in Maryland!

    Please complete the form below in full. The information you provide will be used for website listings, event materials, and internal planning.

  • Vending Options/Notes: 

     

     • You will be responsible for providing your own vending setup (tent, table & chairs) as well as power, unless discussed and approved in advance.

    • Electricity: Limited electrical access is available by request only and must be purchased in advance. No on-site requests will be honored.

    • Generators: Vendors may bring quiet/inverter generators only. Loud or open-frame generators are not permitted.

    • No spaces will be held. Spaces are secured only after payment is received.

    • Load-In / Load-Out: Vendors must adhere to assigned load-in and load-out times. Early breakdown is not permitted.

    • Weather: This is a rain or shine event. Vendors are responsible for securing tents, displays, and merchandise.

    • Tent Requirements: All tents must be properly weighted per safety guidelines.

    • Health & Permits: Food vendors must have all required health permits and documentation available on-site at all times.

    • Space Size: Standard vending spaces are 10x10 unless otherwise approved. Additional space must be purchased.

    • Sharing Spaces: Booth sharing or subleasing is not permitted unless approved in writing.

    • Placement: Vendor placement is determined by event organizers. Premium, corner, and zone-specific placements are available as paid upgrades.

    • Payments: All vendor fees, add-ons, and upgrades are non-refundable.

    • No Call / No Show: Failure to appear results in forfeiture of all fees and assigned space.

    • Optional Add-Ons Available: Electricity, premium placement, corner booths, additional space, weekend bundles, and marketing features. Details will be provided after application approval.

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
