It is finally time to put this policy in place.
Life happens and I totally get it. So here’s what you will need to know.
In order for me to continue providing the best scheduling options for my guests any appointments cancelled or changed less than 24hours of appointment time will be asked for the following fees prior to rebooking new appointments.
*No shows 100% fee
*Late cancellation 50% fee
*Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) can results in adapting the service or subject to rescheduling with late cancel fee.
(Fee total will be based on your scheduled appointment for that day)
**These fees must be paid prior to rebooking next appointment.**
***No shows will only be allowed once, after that you will no longer be able to book appointments with me.***

*Extensions are final sale due to manufacturer policies.
Service Re-Do
I take a lot of pride in my work. Therefore I do guarantee my work and I will make adjustments. I must be contacted with in 5 days of service. No refunds given but I will do everything in my power to make adjustments that make you and your hair very happy!
