Capacity: 100 - 200 servings

Booking Minimum: $700 (based on 100 guests)

Rental Locations:
Available in Calgary or Edmonton (exceptions available upon discussion - email us!)

Each Booking Includes:
- Mobile Cart Rental
- Staffing for 4 Hours
- Pick Up and Delivery

- 6 foot cord to basic power (The cart can stay cold for 3 hours without power)

Rental Agreement

This rental is for the use of our mobile cart/freezer. An additional delivery and pick-up fee will be charged on rentals outside of Calgary city limits (with approval). Your rental includes your ice cream order, one staff member for 4 hours, as well as, pick up/delivery.

Deposit:
a deposit of $350 will be due at time of booking to hold your date*.

Remaining Balance:
due one week prior to event

Payment method:
an invoice will be e-mailed to you with a link to pay online with any major credit card company.
*If you have booked with less than one months notice, total payment will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your order, you may do so without any penalties up until one month prior to your event. Your deposit will be refunded only if you have given one month’s notice of cancellation.
*If you have booked with less than one months notice your order is not refundable, however a store credit will be given with one weeks notice of date change or cancellation.
