Caravan Rental Agreement:
This rental is for the use of our ice cream caravan rental.
An additional delivery and pick-up fee will be charged on rentals outside of Calgary city limits (with approval).
Your rental includes one staff member for 4 hours and pick up/delivery.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% will be due at the time of booking to hold your date*

Remaining Balance:
Due one week prior to event

Payment method:
An invoice will be e-mailed to you with a link to pay online with any major credit card company.
*If you have booked with less than one months notice, total payment will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your order, you may do so without any penalties up until one month prior to your event. Your deposit will be refunded only if you have given one month’s notice of cancellation.
*If you have booked with less than one months notice your order is not refundable, however a store credit will be given with one weeks notice of date change or cancellation.
