Caravan Rental Information

Capacity: 150 - 500 servings  

Booking Minimum: $1500 (based on 150 guests)

Rental Locations:
Available in Calgary and area only at this time. 
An additional delivery and pick-up fee will be charged on rentals outside of Calgary city limits (with approval - email us! ).

Each Booking Includes:

• Caravan Rental 
• Staffing for 4 Hours
• Pick Up and Delivery 
• Ice Cream Ordered + Fresh Waffle Cones 
• Cups, Spoons and Napkins 
• Toppings (With Sundae Bar Add-on)

*Please note that the above total reflects only the cost of the ice cream and does not account for staffing, delivery, or pickup (approximately an extra $250)! Your complete total will be confirmed by email after submitting the form.

Caravan Rental Agreement 

Payment:
Your total will be calculated by our team based on the service type that you request. We will be in touch once you submit this inquiry to discuss the payment process.
An invoice will be e-mailed to you with a link to pay online with any major credit card company. If you have booked with less than one months notice, total payment will be due at time of booking.
Deposit:
A deposit of 50% will be due at the time of booking to hold your date*
Remaining Balance: 
Due one week prior to event 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your order, you may do so without any penalties up until one month prior to your event. Your deposit will be refunded only if you have given one month’s notice of cancellation.
If you have booked with less than one months notice your order is not refundable, however a store credit will be given with one weeks notice of date change or cancellation.
