_____ (1). Consultation Services. Veteran Benefits Consulting LLC agrees to work on your behalf to review, upload, assist, and maximize your entitlements in accordance with regulated guidelines. INITIALS*

_____ (3) Devoted Time. It is anticipated the consultant will spend approximately 10 hours a month in fulfilling its obligations under this contract. This amount of time may vary from day to day or week to week. However, the consultant shall devote at least a half of hour a month reviewing files once completed and updated in accordance with this agreement. INITIALS*

_____ (4). Rendered Services. The consultant will perform most services within the office or anywhere there is Wi-Fi in accordance with this contract. In addition, the consultant will perform services on the telephone and at such other paces as designated by the organization to perform these services in accordance with this agreement. INITIALS*

Direct deposit will be set-up to come out of your account on the 1st of every month in accordance with agreement and contract as listed below until the services member term ends or percentages decreases below 40%. VBC agrees that any information received by the consultant during any furtherance of the consultant’s obligations in accordance with this contract, which concerns the personal, financial or other affairs of the company will be treated by the consultant in full confidence and will not revealed to any other persons, firm or organization. _____ (7). Employment of Others. The company may from time to time request that the consultant arrange for the services of others. All cost to the consultant for those services will be paid by the company. INITIALS*
