Payment and Cancellation Information:
Payment must be received within 14 days of your visit, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of your visit and must be received in writing via email or fax to qualify for a full or partial refund depending on circumstances. JHS does not provide refunds for individual cancellations within a group.
