Governors Grant Key Access to Amenities (FOBs)

The Governors Grant Property Owners Association (GG POA) issues keychain "FOBs" touse with our security access system. The FOB provides homeowners a keyless entry to our amenities using the remote keychain FOB that you simply swipe in front of the entry pad at the gate(s) or door. We issue new FOBs to homeowners as they move into Governors Grant following CAMS request to the GG POA of recent closings and new neighbors in our community. Please note: Former owners FOBs are turned off. If former owner has left a few at the residence, simply contact Karen Campbell/GG Board member at: karenWcampbell@gmail.com so we can reactivate in your name. Anyone moving, we kindly request returning so we can reset for future residents. Kindly leave in the mailbox at 219 GGB.

2 FOBs are provided free of charge for each residence. Additional FOBs are $10 each and charged through the CAMS portal to your account. The keychain FOB will give you access to the pool and tennis courts. Residents who rent the clubhouse will have their key FOBs activated for date of rental. All residents are reminded to update their contact information on the CAMS portal, so, you do not miss neighborhood events & announcements. Welcome to add additional emails, too.
