INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All facility rentals require Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. LGS Recreation (including its Governing Board, Employees, Contractors, and Volunteers) must be named as an Additional Insured. Business Address: 208 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030.
One-Day Rentals - must provide:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing the required limits
- Additional Insured Endorsement
Multiple-Day or Long-Term Rentals - must provide all of the following:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing the required limits
- Additional Insured Endorsement
- Primary and Non-Contributory Endorsement
- Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement (in favor of LGS Recreation)
Please Note:
- Non-profit organizations must supply their own organization’s insurance policy. Insurance from a parent organization, league, or umbrella organization covering its affiliated clubs, teams, or programs is acceptable. Please have them include the club's name in the COI "Description of Operations". We will not accept personal, homeowners, renters, or unrelated third-party insurance submitted by an individual member.
- All other Renters may provide their own Commercial General Liability insurance, or (for one-day events only) you can purchase coverage through our approved provider (GatherGuard).
- All required insurance documents must be received and approved by LGS Recreation before the rental date.
- Failure to provide acceptable proof of insurance will result in cancellation of the rental.
