ROLE:
The Client Success Manager is a pivotal member of our team, directly contributing to the satisfaction and retention of our clients.
This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring accurate tracking in our CRM, identifying potential areas of improvement in our client services, and relaying feedback to the management team.
The Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our solutions, aligning with the overarching objectives set by the client management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with a cohesive client success team to ensure maximum client satisfaction, fostering a team environment that prioritizes the success of the clients.
Strive to meet and exceed individual client retention and satisfaction metrics.
Benefit from structured feedback and improvement plans to consistently elevate your client handling skills.
Report on client feedback and satisfaction levels to the management, ensuring all client needs are met and addressed.
Work alongside the marketing and sales teams to align client success strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
Engage in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated with industry best practices in client relationship management.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of client needs and preferences, adjusting strategies to ensure their long-term success with our solutions.
Focus on delivering consistent, "white-glove" service to all clients, ensuring their experiences with us are seamless and memorable.
RESULTS:
Regular updates on client satisfaction and retention rates are provided to the client success lead.
Every Client Success Manager consistently maintains or exceeds their client satisfaction benchmarks or receives appropriate guidance and training.
A minimum of 90% client retention rate is maintained month-to-month by each individual Client Success Manager.
Company values and ethos are consistently embodied and promoted by all members of the client success team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client relationship or account management role.
Minimum of 2 years experience in managing clients from digital platforms or technology solutions.
Experience in managing accounts with service-based packages or products, preferably related to healthcare technology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and client management tools.
Strong understanding of client service processes and best practices.
Familiarity with digital tools
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adept problem-solving ability.
HOURS:
Eastern Standard Time Zone (Flexibility Offered)
