Cancellations: there are no refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments. A full session fee will be required to re-book.
Reschedules: we understand sometimes emergencies happen and will extend a one-time courtesy Reschedule (no fee). For non-emergency situations (ie. scheduling conflicts), we ask for a minimum of 72 hour notice if your senior will need to reschedule to avoid a Rescheduling Fee. The Rescheduling Fee is 50% of the Session Fee and is due when rescheduling (for those who do not give advance notice or who extend beyond their one time courtesy).
If we have to reschedule due to inclement weather, I will provide your senior with options to reschedule for a date within 14 days of their original appointment, but no more than 30 days. All courtesy rescheduled sessions (no-fee) must be within 14 days, but no more than 30 days, there are no exceptions.
All rescheduled Sessions (regardless of fee or reason) must be within 30 days of the originally scheduled Session. After 30 days, the Session is considered a cancellation and the Session Fee is forfeited to the studio as damages. I will try to do everything I can to avoid that and get your senior in before the 30 day window but they have to be willing to work with me, too.
Refunds: There are no refunds. If your senior misses their appointment and cannot work with me to reschedule before the high school deadline or their 30 day window, I will not issue a refund.
