The letter should be submitted on a company letterhead reflecting company and director details, and be signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

  • I, the applicant through my acceptance hereof agree that if upon approval of my application, I become a member of SAAHA with all the rights and obligations that this entails. As such we will be bound to the SAAHA Memorandum of Incorporation, codes, rules and conditions that are applicable to SAAHA members, including:

    • To promptly submit my annual declaration and pay my SAAHA membership fees when due, as may be amended from time to time at the AFMA Annual General Meeting.
    • To at all times comply to the provisions of the AFMA Memorandum of Incorporation, and Codes including the SAAHA Code of Conduct and Code of Marketing Ethics.
    • To ensure that all sales personnel complete the SAAHA Basic Animal Health course for SAAHA members within a period of 2 years of employment.
