I have read the rules of the Melanin Magic Pageantry Foundation and fully understand and agree to abide by them. I hereby release the pageant, Arianna Tice and her staff, KPR The Venue, and Looking Glass Photography for any theft, injury or loss of property before, during and after the competition. All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. All Payments beyond my deposit are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future pageant if the cancellation was made at least 14 days before the pageant. Half of my balance is due March 9th, 2024. There will be a late fee of $50 if it is not paid by that date. All payments through PayPal are subject to a 4% fee due at registration. I understand that any act of poor sportsmanship by the contestant, their parent(s), and/or their guest(s) will result in a disqualification/revoked title & prizes without refund.
