All youth aged 12 - 25 who live, work or study in the Southern Grampians area are eligible to enter!
Have fun with your entry - get your friends, family and community involved and choose how best to express to us what mental health means to you or your community. You can enter anything creative that you like – you just have to tell us in 50 words or less what mental health means to you or your community.
(Maximum of 2 entries per person)
Entries can be submitted in a number of different formats (however best to express) but could include:
- Photography
- Storytelling, memoir or poem
- Drawing, visual art or sculpture
- Multimedia (including video, animation, podcast etc.)
Prizes:
Three prizes will be awarded, and the judging will be conducted by the Live4Life Crew. The winners will be announced at the 2023 end of year celebration event on Wednesday 25th October.
1st Prize - $250 gift card
2nd Prize - $150 gift card
3rd Prize - $50 gift card
3 WINNERS IN TOTAL – TOTAL PRIZE POOL $450
Competition Rules:

All entries need to clearly address the question “What does mental health mean to you or your community?” and promote positive mental health.

You must include the Live4Life Logo on your entry (download a .jpg from the website at www.Live4Life.org.au).

You must also submit 50 words or less about what does mental health mean to you or your community. (Without these two things you won’t be eligible to win a prize!)

You can submit your entry via the file upload option on the online form or in person to the Frances Hewett Community Centre (2 Roberts St, Hamilton). Entries can also be emailed directly to chloe.wilson@wdhs.net.

Entries must be accompanied by a completed Live4Life Competition entry form. You can either complete this Jotform or download the PDF entry form on the bottom of this page.

All entries must be original and your own ideas.

If you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter

Please don’t include any names on your entry (unless it is a film with credits).

If images of other people are used in your submission, you must have their permission and they must be aware your entry may be shared on social media, newspaper, online etc.

If entries are not appropriate or don’t relate to the theme they will not be considered in the Competition.
