What is your business?
Please write an accurate description of the products & services you will be offering. This is important for assessing the suitability of your stall and seeing how it aligns with the Splore kaupapa. We're looking for a good mix of traders that complement each other's offerings.

Food Vendors
Splorers tell us they’re looking for hearty festival meals to fill up and energise. We’re looking for delicious food that is ethical, locally sourced and nutritious. Bonus points for healthy and plant based options, GF and DF alternatives. Splore parents are always looking for kid friendly meals.

All food serve-ware must be certified commercially compostable. We've phased out PLA (plant based plastic) items such as cutlery, clear cups, containers & lids. Please minimise the amount of waste you create, don't sell products that are unnecessarily packaged, nothing wrapped in plastic. If you use polystyrene cooler boxes you must label them with your stall name and take them away at the end of the festival. If you wish to sell soft drinks you will have to purchase those wholesale from the Splore bar opperations. We will send you an order form.

Market traders
We’re interested in a market place that will enrich our community. Handmade, locally produced, natural fibers & materials, crafts and products that are durable and long lasting and will complement our festival experience. Don’t sell anything that might just be fun for one night but likely to end up in the trash the next day. Nothing disposable, no unessential plastics, no trashy toys, crappy wigs and costumes. No unnecessary packaging, this includes any plastic bags or wrapping.

All traders and vendors will be reviewed prior and during the event and may be asked to stop selling any unauthorised products.
