By signing this application, I acknowledge that I understand invoices will be issued to me at the frequency I selected above. Tax invoices will be delivered to me at the billing email address I specified in this application.

I understand that there is an hour grace period to cancel an order following a conversion request. After an hour, I will be charged for the conversion order.

I understand that there are no setup fees or ongoing account fees.

I agree to pay BankCSV no later than seven (7) days by Direct Bank Transfer or Credit Card from the date of issue of the tax invoice. I understand that in the case of an overdue account, services may be put on hold until the account has been paid.
