What Happens at a Free Taster Session?
This is an in-person 30 min taster session and consultation where we look at your current fitness and strength levels, as well as your mobility and flexibility. We'll also talk about lifestyle factors, diet and potential blockers.
We'll discuss where you're currently at in regards to your health and fitness, what you've done in the past, where you want to go and make a plan of how to get there.
