This is an application form to exhibit with Wymondham Arts @ Becket's Chapel in 2024.
This form is to be completed by the exhibitor:

Prices for hire of the chapel are as follows:

One week hire £435

Two week hire £820

Set up of exhibitions is on a Monday and the exhibition must be taken down after 4pm on the Sunday that the exhibition closes.

The hire charge is inclusive of the full exhibition space and includes stewarding of the exhibition during our opening times of 11am to 4pm Tuesday to Saturday. There are no commission charges on top of the hire fee (the only extra charges are if purchasers pay by credit/debit card when we will pass on the card processing charge).

A contract will be issued for the hire (copies available on request).

The above fees can be discounted if you only wish to use the exhibition panels for hanging art work (plinths, tables, easels etc. can NOT be used). In this case you agree that the chapel can be used for other purposes outside the public opening times of Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 4pm (e.g. evening or early morning for events such as music concerts, seminars, readings, talks etc.). In this case the hire fee will be £420 for one week or £800 for two. If you wish to take this option, please indicate in the box towards the end of the form.
