Prices for hire of the chapel are as follows:

One week hire £450

Two week hire £850

Set up of exhibitions is on a Monday and the exhibition must be taken down after 4pm on the Sunday that the exhibition closes.

The hire charge is inclusive of the full exhibition space and includes stewarding of the exhibition during our opening times of 11am to 4pm Tuesday to Sunday. There are no commission charges on top of the hire fee (the only extra charges are if purchasers pay by credit/debit card when we will pass on the card processing charge).

A contract will be issued for the hire (copies available on request).

 

Please select the date you would like to set up your exhibition. Please give a choice of four dates as the more options you give the more likely we will be able to accept the booking. Dates (Mondays) can be selected between the 5th May and the 27th October 2025. 

A date that already has a confirmed booking for Wymondham Arts use will not be available for selection.
