Registration:
The registration fee is $75, which includes beverages, meeting room rental and materials on Wednesday, June 27th.

Please register each person individually by Friday, September 15th or a late fee of $15 will be assessed. Payment methods include checks or credit cards. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

Lodging:
Anna Broadhead of WSTIP is kindly assisting with lodging needs. If you plan to arrive the night before the meeting on Tuesday, September 26th and need a room, please complete WSTIP's registration form by clicking HERE. Please note that if you reserve a room for Tuesday, September 26th you are responsible for covering that cost. Deadline for lodging is September 18th, 2023.

WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

Registration fees for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on September 15, 2023, either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the meeting and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
