Opportunity Fund Application

This form is used to request Opportunity Funds (financial assistance).
The Opportunity Fund is a reflection of the commitment of Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails to continue to better serve our members, providing girls and adults the opportunity to become future leaders and the women they want to be. The fund was designed to provide financial assistance and opportunities to girl members, adult volunteers, and troops, to make sure members in all of our communities have the opportunity to benefit from Girl Scouts.

Financial assistance is provided for girl registration fees, adult registration fees, membership tab/pins, a girl sash/vest based on her program grade level, or for a program event fee/training fee. Approvals are made on an on-going basis and notifications are emailed to the requestor, as well as the Troop Leader, if necessary. Funds cannot be requested retroactively or issued as reimbursements for money paid out-of-pocket.
