Time: 6:30-9:00 PM (performers can begin playing at 6:30, the tree will be lit in Center City Park at 6:56 PM)
PLEASE NOTE: POWER WILL NOT SUPPLIED FOR ANY OF THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS PERFORMERS ALONG ELM STREET.

If you are unable to perform without power, please do not complete this form.
