  • Terms and Conditions

    1. Delivery and Pick-Up: The rental company shall deliver the rental Items to the customer at the location specified by the customer. The customer shall be responsible for providing clear directions to the location. The rental company shall pick up the items at the same location at the end of the rental period.


    2. Care of Rental Items: The customer shall use the rental items with due care, and shall promptly notify the rental company of any loss, damage, or malfunction of the rental item. The customer shall be responsible for any damage to the items during the rental period, and shall pay the rental company for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged or lost items.
     

  • Thank you for considering our services for your upcoming event. We will reach out within 1-2 business days to confirm availability. 

    Please be advised that in order to secure your request for LED signs, full payment is required. Additionally, for the 360 photo booth, a 50% deposit is required. 

    It's important to note that deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the option to transfer your deposit to a future booking, subject to availability and within a specified timeframe.
