I hereby grant permission to the Belize Hotel Association to use the specified photograph(s) below for use in digital and print publications, television ads, news releases, online promotions, social media or in any other communications related to the marketing efforts of the Belize Hotel Association Official Accommodation Guide.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Submissions MUST BE photos of Belize.
Submissions must be original work, taken by the entrants. The photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
Submissions must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
Submissions must not include any endorsements of products or services, or any obscene, violent, racist, religious intolerance or defamatory content. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the formal specifications will be automatically disqualified.
Submissions may also not be accepted into the contest if the image in the entry features an identifiable individual who has not given their consent to appear or if the image features advertising or trademarks which would otherwise require the BHA to obtain permission to use. Violators will be removed from the contest. Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
If not chosen for cover winner, BHA can still use images in the Official Accommodation Guide 2023-2024, both printed and electronic.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after (three) business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
