    Agreement for Portrait Photography

    A non-refundable deposit of $100 plus tax is due at booking. The remainder $250 must be paid the day of the session (zelle, cash or check preferred). 

    Your session fee covers Cecy’s and Santa’s time and talent, equipment, props, preparation, and the work involved before, during, and after your session.

    The session fee is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, Photography by Cecy will gladly help you reschedule, subject to availability. Santa’s availability may vary by date. Santa may not be available on your rescheduled date. If he is available, an additional $50 fee will apply to cover his time.
