I assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against the DRIVE Basketball Academy and the persons in charge.

Cost: $275/team league shirt provided. Early bird registration ends Friday August 21st.

3 on 3 Fall League Individual Registration$75.00

Cost: $75/per individual. Free Agent will be assigned to team filled with other free agent players based on grade level.
