Although the safety of all during basketball activities is the primary concern, basketball activities at DRIVE Basketball Academy facilities may cause injuries and/or death. I assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against the DRIVE Basketball Academy and the persons in charge.

3 on 3 Fall Final League Registration with T-shirts $290.00

Cost: $290/ team League Shirts will arrive prior to week 2 games. Final Registration ends Friday, August 28th.

3 on 3 Fall Final League Individual Registration (3 Weeks)$60.00

Cost: $60/per individual for 3 weeks of play. Free Agent will be assigned to team filled with other free agent players based on grade level.
