Annual Grant Information and Criteria
Through its grants, the REALTORS® Community Foundation (RCF) seeks to support projects and/or programs that are actively working to transform the lives of people in our community. The following are general guidelines by which grant applications are reviewed and prioritized:
- Organization must be a 501(c)(3) charitable organization as classified by the IRS.
- Organization and its grant-related project/program must be located within Ada, Elmore, or Gem County.
- Grant-related projects/programs must address long term benefits and/or impact for a significant number of people, with preference given to those offering housing related needs.
- The RCF does not fund organizations located outside Ada, Elmore, and Gem County, general operating expenses, denominational education, travel or lodging expenses, or individual/team sponsorships.
To increase awareness and engagement among the REALTOR® community, the RCF and Boise Regional REALTORS® will be inviting members to help select the organizations who will receive grants. Please note: Applicants that are not selected by our members may still be eligible for a grant.
Applications must be received by 11:45 p.m. MT on November 8th. All information requested is REQUIRED. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
