• Turnaround Time: The standard processing time for a translation is 24 - 48 hours. Please note that we currently do not accept urgent requests. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan accordingly.
• Digital NAATI Stamp: We have transitioned to using a digital NAATI stamp. Consequently, all translations will be provided exclusively in electronic form. Hard copies will not be available. The electronic document can be printed by the recipient, and it will serve as an original hard copy.
• Refund Policy: As our translations are digital products, we regret that refunds cannot be provided. Should any error be found in the translation, we commit to correcting it and issuing a new, accurate translation at no additional cost to you.
• Payment Processing: Payment for our translation services is processed securely via Stripe. Rest assured, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.
