PLEASE NOTE: Your date/reservation is not confirmed until you receive a call back from Motley's Birthday Party Reservation Coordinator, confirming availability for the date & time you have chosen. Office Use Only - Confirmation Call Back Notes:

Motley’s birthday coordinator will collect your drivers license upon checking in at the entry gate. Upon arrival at Motley's Farm, all birthday guests (children only*) must sign in on Motley's birthday guest sign-in sheet. Payment will be collected at departure & your drivers license will then be returned to you.

You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up your space.

Cost:
- $295 for up to 12 children* + all parents & grandparents!
- Additional child birthday guests and non-parent adult guests will be included on the sign-in sheet as they arrive.
- Each additional guest is $12.95 for general admission or $17.95 for "do-it-all" admission.
Each paid child birthday guest will receive the following: 1 mini pumpkin ticket & 1 "do-it-all" wrist band.

*Motley's under 3 policy does not apply to birthday parties

- Cow-Train Rides
- Magic Show (Sat-Sun at 1:30pm)
- Pig Races (3 shows daily - Pig Race schedule posted on website)

- Kid's Corn Stalk Maze
- Access to all pumpkin and flower fields and many photo spots!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

*Additional tables may be reserved @ $25 each (subject to availability)

*Birthday decorations, cakes, ice chest, folding tables, folding chairs and party foods are permitted

*All activities are at your own risk

*Activities will be closed if rain or adverse weather is happening at the farm location
