Great Hollow 2025 Calendar Submission

Great Hollow Photographers Club 2025 Photo Calendar
Deadline for submissions is midnight Friday, October 4, 2024
Subjects must be of nature and from anywhere inland excluding the coastline of New England or New York. Landscapes, trees, flowers, astronomy, wildlife but not pets or people. No alligators, palm trees, beaches, or salt water for example. Domesticated farm animals (not pets) are acceptable.

You may submit up to four (4) digital photographs. Only images with the correct filename format are accepted. No cost to submit.

By a vote at the October 15, 2024 in-person, open-to-the- public meeting, photos will be selected for inclusion in the calendar.

For each photo selected, a $25 fee is due by midnight October 25, 2024, otherwise, it may be replaced. One calendar is provided for each paid-for-photo. Additional calendars can be purchased for $15 each.

These fees cover the cost of the calendars for the participants and as “thank-you’s” to the main sponsors of the 2024 Great Hollow Juried Art Show. Anyone is welcome to purchase calendars for $25.

Each calendar page is 8.5 x 11 inches, in horizontal format. A selected image is above each month's calendar. Your name and the image title will be printed on the image page.

Required Format: The photo must be in horizontal (landscape) format, cropped for an 8.5 x 11 ratio. That is, the ratio of height (H) divided by width (W) must be 0.772727. At a minimum, the H should be 2550 pixels and the W is 3300 pixels. Maximum file size is 10 MB (i.e. 10,000 KB)

I have submitted multiple images for consideration, but I do not want more than one of my images selected for the calendar.
