Industry Discount Application

Thank you for your interest in the CoolFre Trainer Industry Discount program.

You must apply annually to be considered for eligibility. Please complete this form and allow 7-10 business days for your application to be processed. If your application is approved, we will reach out with next steps.

Please Note:
* Not every applicant qualifies for our industry program. Approval is subject to CoolFire Trainer's sole discretion.
* All industry codes will expire annually on the last day of December. On January 1st of each year, a new application must be filled out to renew the discount.
* CoolFire Trainer reserves the right to remove anyone from this program at any time and for any reason without notice.
*You must register using an individual email. Emails such as "sales@yourcompany.com" or "purchasing@yourcompany.com" will not be accepted.

*If you choose to use an e-mail account that has a non-business domain, you will be required to submit proof of employment within the industry.
