FACD Right of Refusal Disclaimer
The Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (FACD) Board of Directors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and deny any sponsorship or exhibitor application. In the event an application is not approved, any payments received will be fully refunded to the applicant. The FACD shall not be liable for any additional costs, damages, or losses incurred as a result of such denial.
