Youth Convention is a three-day event for students in grades 6-12.
This site is designed for group registration, whether the "group" is one parent and a student or a larger church group.
All students attending must be supervised.
This registration site closes at 2:00pm on Wednesday, October 25.
Registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual within your group.
New this year as we are trying to speed up Check-In, we will be only accepting online Credit card payments with NO conveinence fee.
All registrations submitted after 11:59PM on October 4th are $75/person.
Permissions Details:
1 - Attendance grants permission for registrants to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped or photographed by any means and grants permission for sull use of their likeness, voice and words without compensation.
2 - Group leaders should have a completed parental permission form on file for each student authorizing emergency medical treatment.
3 - We require that background checks be conducted on all adults accompanying your group.
