    First of all, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for entrusting me with your story. It is an absolute honour to work with you.

    Secondly, this form might be a bit overwhelming when you scroll through it at first. I recommend for you to take your time, and please email me if you have any questions at all.

    The reason why this form is so extensive, is to decrease the amount of errors, and to make sure that I have everything at the start to make a quote and to make an amazing custom design for your book.

    If you can’t fill everything in right now, that is okay. You can provide me with the rest later. Just try to fill it in as much as you can.
