    SESSION THEME | 'Teamwork' 

    OK truly knows what it takes to be a team. We wouldn't be where we are today without the spirit of our collective love and passion for OK and our community. Warriors will spend this next Fall semester exploring the many different ways teamwork impacts their worlds.

    ON-SITE PROGRAMS 9/12/23 - 10/27/23 (7 weeks)

    TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS

    AM BLOCK  |  9:00 am - 12:00 pm

    TUES. WED. THURS. & FRI. (ALL DAYS)

    PM BLOCK  |  3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

    WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS

    EXTENDED DAY BLOCK | 9:00 am - 2:30 pm

    Beginning January 2023, Opportunity Knocks has been offering extended day options for Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM. If a Warrior registers for the extended day option and the pm session (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM), they will be permitted to stay on-site from 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM. Lunch will be provided in the extended day option. Please contact Kim@opportunityknocksnow.org for inquiries regarding the extended day option.

    ZOOM VIRTUAL PROGRAMS ARE ENDING

     We are sad to say that starting this Fall semester we will no longer be offering Monday virtual Zoom activities. We are grateful for the love and support we have had for our Zoom platform and will miss it dearly. Zoom was a gift that came at a difficult time and with low enrollment, we would like to shift our focus to in-person activities. It has been a pleasure sharing our Monday mornings and afternoons with you, we will cherish our many memories.
    While one door closes another one is soon to open as we work to shift our attention to extending another daytime option to have three days from 9:00 AM-2:30 PM! To help us provide the best possible option we ask that you please take a few minutes (no more than 3) to fill out this quick survey.     IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ONSITE SESSION TRANSITIONS

    There will be a daily transition period from 12:00 pm-3:00 pm during the on-site program days. All Warriors will be required to leave the program sites between sessions. Warriors can register for an AM and PM session on the same day, but they will need to go home between the hours of 12:00 PM- 3:00 PM 

    During the transition period, OK Staff will clean and disinfect program space according to our Cleaning & Disinfecting Plan. Staff will also then make preparations for the next group coming to their designated location.

  • GENERAL GUIDELINES

    • The registration process will accept requests for all sessions
    • Warriors will have three separate 45-minute activities within their group at the same location

    PROGRAM COST STRUCTURE

    The cost structure breakdown is based on a 7-week session. Financial assistance is available for Warriors & Families that qualify. We are implementing a new assistance scale that we will keep with us going forward. It is our goal to overcome financial barriers so that this program and all OK programs are accessible.     ONSITE PROGRAMS - SINGLE SESSION COST BREAKDOWN

    • 3 hours per 1 Day @ $15 per hour = $45 per session
    • 7-week cost @ $45 per session = $315

     REGISTRATION PROCESS

    • Registration will open on Friday, August 25th at 3:00 PM

    • Registration will close on Friday, September 1st at 5:00 PM

    • The final registration plan will be communicated As soon as possible by email confirmation letters.

    INTAKE PROCESS

    The intake process will include a few more documents, waivers, and consent forms than usual. We are taking extra precautions to ensure we are covering all of our bases. We ask for your patience and cooperation in this process.
