At Chatmore we like to celebrate student participation and achievements. We may take photographs or videos (images) of students for a variety of reasons. There are also occasions when we may include student names in school media with or without images. The publication of these images also helps the school to demonstrate the learning and activities to the wider community which can help us with community awareness and fundraising. We will use these photos indefinitely across our platforms unless otherwise notified.

Photographs by parents and other family members are allowed during school events such as school plays, however, we request that you do not post any images on social media that include other children. Please note that disruptive behavior or inappropriate use/sharing of images captured on school property or using school images may result in a limitation of photographs/video being allowed at events.

You have a number of rights in relation to how we use your child’s image and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do this you can contact the school by emailing the Director at bbutterworth@chatmore.org if you change your mind (note: this will not apply to material already published). This form will be reviewed at appropriate intervals to ensure that you remain happy with your consent.
