Informative information:

I chose to go holistic because after many years in this industry, I have developed some severe reactions to certain chemicals and synthetic fragrances. This is in hair color, hair products, lotions, perfumes/colognes, cleaners, and even candles. The products I choose to use on you are as clean as I can find with a few things that are not clean but don't bother me. Please come to your appointment with no synthetic fragrances on including cologne, perfume, and lotions. My lungs thank you.

Risk is always a potential when dealing with chemicals. Hormones, auto-immune diseases, and medications play a major role in how your hair takes and holds color. Previous chemical services will play a part in future hair color goals, this might mean the number of visits it will take to get you to your future goals or how my color reacts to previous hair color services you have done on your own or with another professional. Hard water minerals from home water can also cause a reaction with lightning powders and hydrogen peroxide in developers. It's imperative that I have all the information to make sure your hair goals are met and we can properly navigate any potential issues that might come up including allergic reactions.

Home care is essential when caring for your hair and the longevity of the color service. I will always make suggestions and recommendations for the best products for your hair. I can't guarantee my work unless you are using professional products. This doesn't mean you have to use what I chose to use on you, I can recommend outside of what I carry in the salon. 

I am typically a run-early kind of person. I try my best to run on time and if I'm running late I will do my best to let you know. Please be at your appointment at least 5 minutes early. Anyone who is 15 minutes late will result in a reschedule unless we have arranged to work it out. Please allow 48 hours for a full cancelation or there is a 50% charge for the service booked. A complete no-show will result in not being able to book again unless the service is paid in full prior.

Kids: I love kids but this is not a kid-friendly space. If you can please leave your little ones with a sitter unless they are getting their hair cut that would be great and safer.

If you are looking for blonding, perms, chemical relaxers, extensions, or any fashion colors like blue-pink-green, I'm sorry but I do not provide these services.
