• Breakfast, lunch, and multi-course dinners in the Main Dining Room, as well as casual buffet options (Lido Market), Dive-In burgers, New York Pizza, and select 24-hour room service options. The Dining Room is Holland America’s main dining room. For dinner, guests have the option of early or late traditional dining or the Dine Anytime option. Regardless of when you dine, the MDR offers a multi-course rotational menu that changes nightly. The Dining Room is also open for breakfast daily and for lunch on select days. There’s even complimentary Afternoon Tea.

Upon Receipt of this form, we will call you for your credit card information. A non-refundable service fee of $50.00 per person will be required to hold your reservation. This service fee is for services rendered.

You will be enrolled in automatic monthly billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an even monthly payment plan and you'll choose the day of the month you want your payments to be processed. It's that easy!

INSURANCE

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance and we will give you a quote at time of booking. You are not required to purchase it and can ask to have it removed from your booking.
BOOKING YOUR FLIGHT if you choose NOT to use Holland America Cruise air, we can book your flight for you.

If we book your air for you, we will not book any flight without prior authorization.

Once we have your information, we will begin to look for the best deal for you and your traveling companions. When we find what we believe fits your needs best, we will call you with the schedule. We will be calling the Lead Passenger. We request that you have any and all credit cards available at that time. If splitting the cost, we will need the Billing Address of the second card.

Airline Reservation/Research Service charge :
There is a non-refundable fee of $100 per airline reservation for research, booking and monitoring your reservation. This fee will be charged upon the request of said ticket.
