Verification Request Form
This form is only for current Fellows, Alumni, previously enrolled Fellows, or Admitted Fellows. Verifications are free of charge and are processed during regular business hours Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. The general processing time is 3-5 business days.

Third party verifications for employment, degree confirmations, etc., should be submitted via the National Student Clearinghouse.
