This form is only for current Fellows, Alumni, priorly enrolled Fellows, or Admitted Fellows. Third party verifications for employment, degree confirmations, etc., should be submitted via the National Student Clearinghouse. Please note, the AFI Conservatory is digitizing paper based academic records, and verifications requested from Alumni prior to 2012 may take up to two weeks to process. Verifications are free of charge and are processed during regular business hours Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. The general processing time is 3-5 business days.
