The Essential Soul-Care Assessment For Therapists

  • Because You Deserve to Be Held, Too.

As therapists, we hold space for so many through crisis, grief, healing, and hope. But when was the last time you paused to check in with yourself?

This soul-care check-in is a gentle, judgement-free invitation to turn inward and ask:
"Am I pouring back into myself as much as I pour out?"
