This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the 12-week virtual mentorship program between (“Mentee”) and Chaymeriyia Moncrief (“Mentor”).
Program Objectives:
The mentorship program is designed to offer the Mentee professional guidance, support, and insights in various areas as requested by the Mentee. As the mentor, I, Chaymeriyia Moncrief, will provide guidance, feedback, and resources to the Mentee to assist in achieving their business development goals.
This program is not a "get rich quick" program, and there are no unrealistic promises or guarantees. Rather, the focus of this program is on promoting growth, beusiness development, insights and community building. It is important to recognize that every individual applies information differently, and every business has its unique set of challenges and opportunities. As a result, the program is tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each Mentee.
Duration:
The mentorship program will run for a duration of 12 weeks, beginning on the day of the first virtual meeting. While the program may include rescheduled meetings or extended times, the program duration will remain 12 weeks or a total of 12 meetings, unless a mutually agreed-upon extension is made for a longer duration.
Meeting Schedule:
The meetings will be held virtually via Zoom on a weekly basis, with a total of 12 meetings scheduled for the program. Each meeting is scheduled to last up to 1.5 hours per session. Ideally, meeting on the same day and time each week is recommended.
The Mentee is not required to attend every weekly meeting. If necessary, the Mentee is permitted to skip a week; however, it is recommended to avoid skipping more than two consecutive weeks to ensure that the program remains on track and to maximize the benefits of the program.
Responsibilities of Mentee:
- Actively engage in the mentorship program by preparing for and participating in the weekly meetings.
- Further investing in development, growth, and other recommendations (Photography, Branding, Marketing, etc--not paid to Mentor)
- Communicate clearly and openly.
- Provide feedback to the Mentor on the effectiveness of the mentorship program.
- Take responsibility for their own learning and development.
- Complete all task each week (Each week, the mentee will have task to complete and each task will be further discussed in each meeting. These task can vary and will be tailored for the individual business)
Completing Task is important to ensure that the program agenda is meant and with each given task, the Mentee can progress to the next step in the program or to reach each end goal.
Confidentiality:
Each party agree to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all information shared during the mentorship program. Each party agrees not to duplicate or disclose any ideas or information discussed during the meetings to any third party. This section serves as a binding non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that prohibits the Mentor from duplicating any of the Mentee's ideas, sharing confidential information or purposefully disclosing any information discussed during the program.
Program Fees:
The Mentee understands and agrees to a one-time payment of $2,500.00.
This section is included to ensure that all payment terms are clearly stated and confirmed, and to confirm that no additional fees will be requested or debited from the Mentee's account during the 12-week program.
Please note that no further investments will be required from the Mentee during the program, unless additional services are requested and payment is arranged accordingly with the Mentor. This section is provided as a guarantee that the Mentee will not be charged any additional fees beyond the agreed-upon program fee.

Additionally, I am not responsible for any personal earnings, whether they increase or decrease as a result of participating in the program.
