Foster Group Homes, you are cordially invited to join us at our heartwarming annual Thanksgiving Feast event. It's a day to come together in the spirit of service and gratitude, and we'd love to share it with you.

At this special gathering, there will be an abundance of joy and excitement. Imagine bouncy houses that send kids into fits of laughter, a medley of engaging activities to spark their curiosity, an array of games that foster camaraderie, and a plethora of creative crafts to unleash their imagination. But that's not all - there will be so much more to enjoy and explore!

What makes this event truly remarkable is our community's commitment to providing not just a meal but a memorable experience for children in foster care. We will be serving up a delicious Thanksgiving feast, a sumptuous spread that not only fills their bellies but also warms their hearts. It's a chance for these wonderful children to be surrounded on Thanksgiving Day by a community that genuinely cares for them.

So, mark your calendars and join us for a day of giving thanks and making cherished memories. Your presence at this event will help create an atmosphere of love, support, and togetherness that truly embodies the spirit of Thanksgiving. We can't wait to share this special day with you and the incredible children in your care.

For the second year in a row, we are teaming up with Mom Doc Charities to present a day of activities and Thanksgiving Feast.

Please arrive at 9 am for check-in. There will be 3 to 4 stations with bounce houses, obstacle courses, yard games, crafts, pony rides, a petting zoo, and a turkey trot. ASA Now will be purchasing and providing a Thanksgiving lunch meal from Allison's Texas BBQ. A lot of effort goes into setting up and organizing the stations, so we kindly ask that you can stay for the entire time frame from 9 am to 1 pm.

We need to capture some important information. Please take a moment to fill this form out in its entirety. Please list children from youngest to oldest. If a foster child leaves your home or a new one is placed, please let us know as soon as possible.

NOTE: We need to plan accordingly. Only sign up those who will be in attendance and currently reside in your group home. We thank you for your patience with the sign up. In order to make our gift giving easier on us, we need to capture some important questions. We are also a foster care charitable organization and must report demographics and information regarding the families we serve.

A Follow up e-mail with further instructions and the address will be emailed out a week prior to the event. Please note that there is a $10 fee to attend. If there is a financial burden, please reach out to us at events@asanow.org. After you hit the SUBMIT button and pay, you will receive a confirmation email that you are now registered.

Cancellation:

Failing to attend or not notifying us will exclude you from attending future holiday events. We understand that emergencies happen. If one of your children is unable to attend, you MUST notify us ahead of time and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible by calling 623-428-1592 or emailing events@asanow.org. Be sure to leave a voicemail or text if we don't answer.

If a child moves and/or a new child enters your home, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible PRIOR to the event.

We will be providing something special to each group home to take home.
