Members who would like to visit AAT please email the ID/ passport copy of each participant for applying the Terminal Restricted Area Visitor Permit before the registration deadline in order to complete the registration.

Participant’s Consent
An AAT Tenant Restricted Area (TRA) Permit is required for each terminal visitor and the permit fee for this terminal visit is waived for HAFFA members. I understand that my company will be charged an administration fee HK$150 for each lost/damaged permit.
I declare that the application information detailed in this form is true and I have read, understood the responsibilities of a permit holder. I understand that failure to comply with Conditions of Issue of TRA Permits, Directions of Use of AAT TRA Permits and the associated rules and regulations may result in withdrawal of my permit and may be liable to prosecution.
I agree and consent that my personal data contained in this form shall only be used in connection with the application for AAT Tenant Restricted Area Permit to be issued by AAT and any subsequent regular security checks that are considered necessary by the Director-General of Civil Aviation. I also understand that my personal data may be submitted to the Commissioner of Police, Commissioner of Customs & Excise, Director of Immigration and Director-General of Civil Aviation and any other Government department as may be necessary for the above-mentioned purpose and any of my previous criminal convictions recorded against me may be released by the aforementioned law enforcement agencies to Director-General of Civil-General of Civil Aviation. Other than this, the data shall be held in strict confidence by AAT in accordance with Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) and the codes of practice issued by Privacy Commissioner. I also understand that I have the right under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to request access to or correction of the personal data, which I have provided and any of such requests should be addressed to Marketing Department, Asia Airfreight Terminal Co Ltd, 10 Chun Ping Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong.
I am fully aware that if I fail to provide AAT with my personal data, my application will not be processed.
I understand that I must be responsible for the actions and the behaviours of any holder of the aforesaid pass(es) within AAT TRA, and that any failure to comply with the Conditions of Issue and my statement listed above may result in withdrawal of the aforesaid pass(es).
I and the persons applying to visit AAT shall not make any claim against AAT and shall indemnify it against any legal liability for claims or suits, including costs and expenses incidental thereto, in respect of:
(a) injury or death of persons;
(b) damage to or loss of property; and
(c) any consequential loss or damage arising from an act or omission; as a result of or occurring during the group’s visit to AAT.
Conditions of Issue of AAT Tenant Restricted Area (TRA) Permits
1. The issue of Asia Airfreight Terminal Co., Ltd. (AAT) Tenant Restricted Area (TRA) Permit is governed by Aviation Security Regulation (Cap. 494) and subject to the conditions prescribed by AAT. Details of Condition of Issue of TRA Permits and Directions of Use of AAT TRA Permits and the associated procedures are contained in AAT TRA Security Programme and the relevant security notices issued by AAT.
2. The full name of the applicant must be declared according to his / her Hong Kong Identity Card or travel document.
3. Permit holders must not use the permit to gain access into the AAT TRA other than G/F & 1/F.
4. Permit holders must provide the permit to the security staff for verification/checking purposes when he/she enters or leaves AAT TRA.
5. Permit holders must display their permit in such a way that the permit can be clearly visible, while within AAT TRA.
6. Permits holders must comply with the requirements of the Airport Authority by law, Aviation Security Ordinance and Aviation Security Regulation.
7. Permit holders shall comply with all reasonable directions from the security guards performing access control or screening duties at an entry point or within the AAT TRA.
8. Permit holders shall not lead or otherwise allow their permits to be used by any other person.
9. Permit holders shall not deface, alter, tamper with or wilfully damage TRA permits.
10. Permit holders shall take reasonable steps to prevent the loss of their permit.
11. Permit holders shall immediately report the loss of his / her permit to AAT and the police.
12. All permits issued are the property of AAT, which shall be returned to AAT prior to departure from the premises.
13. Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in the cancellation or suspension of the permit
14. The holder will be charged an administration fee HK$150 for each lost/damaged permit.
