Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy - Request for Access to Records

Once submitted, staff will review the request and inform the requester if the request is "Routine" or "Non-Routine". Please note that non-routine FOI Requests must pay a $10 application fee. Requests will not be processed until the application fee is paid. If requesters are unable to pay the application fee, requesters can submit a written application to cao@ccrd.ca to waive the fee. Information requests may be subject to additional fees. A fee estimate will be provided to requesters. Local governments have 30 business days to provide the requested information. Should the CCRD need additional time, you will be notified.
