I hereby authorize the service work noted above to be done and hereby grant Clinton Marina (CM)/Arnie’s Boat Sales & Service (ABSS) permission to operate the unit as necessary for the purpose of testing, moving and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on this unit to secure the amount of anycharges related to this order. Customer releases & waives all claims against CM/ABSS, its officers, directors, agents and representatives, resultingfrom any and all liability from loss, injury (including death), or damages to persons or property, including the boat and all other personal property, sustained while in or on the facilities of CM/ABSS, including but not limited to, fire, theft, vandalism, windstorm, high or low waters, hail,rain, ice, snow, collision or accident,or any other Act of God, whether said boat is being parked or hauled by an Agent of CM/ABSS or not.
