This relieves your coaching staff from bias concerns, enabling them to concentrate on evaluating student-athletes objectively while benefiting from our professional perspective in team selection.

3 Blue Banner “Assist”: The primary objective of Blue Banner Assist is to offer robust support to volunteer coaches. As a key component of our community outreach program, the Blue Banner 'Assist' initiative allocates 80 hours per calendar year to aid these dedicated coaches. The central focus is elevating their practice planning and volleyball instruction skills, concentrating on crucial elements such as serving, passing, setting, and more.
